Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate profile and payment details you share.

2. Community & tasks

Codexity may post paid testing / remote micro-tasks in the official WhatsApp group. Task availability is not guaranteed. Payouts apply only after approved quality work. We do not promise fixed daily income.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Fake submissions, spam, or misrepresentation
• Paying or asking others to pay to “unlock” tasks
• Sharing malware, scams, or illegal content

4. No employment guarantee

Community participation is voluntary and does not create employment, partnership, or agency unless a separate written contract says so.

5. Intellectual property

Site content and Codexity branding belong to Codexity. Task deliverables may be used by Codexity or its clients as described in each brief.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codexity is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or community.
