Refund & cancellation policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026. Applies to paid software / development services sold by Codexity. The WhatsApp community itself is free to join.
1. Free community
Joining the Codexity WhatsApp group and reading task updates is free. There is nothing to refund for group membership.
2. Paid development services
For custom software, app, or website projects invoiced by Codexity:
- Advance / milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless we cancel the project
- If we cannot deliver as agreed, unused prepaid fees for undelivered milestones may be refunded
- Refund requests: email hello@codexity.in with invoice number within 7 days of the issue
3. Task payouts
Contributor task payouts are compensation for approved work — not product purchases — and are not “refunds.”
